Terms of use

Last updated: July 22, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Artecks website, store, accounts, rewards, and connected features. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate activity in a harmful way, or use Artecks to violate another person’s rights or the law.

Products, pricing, and orders

Product availability, descriptions, prices, shipping options, and taxes may vary and are presented during the purchase process. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions, and will address any payment already collected as appropriate.

Rewards and virtual items

Rewards, gems, coins, points, rankings, and similar features are governed by the rules displayed with the relevant feature. They are not cash or a bank deposit and may not be transferred or redeemed except as expressly offered through Artecks. We may correct errors or restrict abusive or fraudulent activity.

Content and intellectual property

Artecks and its licensors retain rights in the service, branding, software, and site content. You may use the service for its intended personal or business purpose, but may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or redistribute protected material except where the law permits.

Service availability and responsibility

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and Artecks is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the updated terms apply. If you have a question, visit our contact page. You can also review our privacy notice.
